Shipping & Delivery
At this time, Dipstop Inc ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Dipstop Inc ships merchandise to Canada but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Dipstop Inc is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
All orders are shipped the following business day after they are placed. Our business week is Monday – Friday and excludes closures for holidays. Shipment day and weekends do not count as transit time. Example: Orders placed on Thursday as two day air will ship on Friday and should arrive by Tuesday. We need a physical address for express orders. Transit updates and delivery dates are estimated and dependent upon the carriers.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
At this time, FedEx has suspended their money-back guarantee on all FedEx Express shipments due to an increase in delays. Please keep this in mind when choosing FedEx Express options (2day, overnight, etc.) at checkout as their expected time-frames are not guaranteed. We will continue to ship all orders next business day, as per usual.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
