SHIPPING OPTIONS

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

TURNAROUND

All orders placed before 12pm CST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm CST will ship the following business day. Shipping days exclude holiday hours and any unforeseen events such as natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics. Our business week is Monday – Friday. Shipment day and weekends do not count as transit time. A physical address must be provided for Express and Overnight orders. Transit updates and delivery dates are estimated and dependent upon the carriers.

ORDER TRACKING

All orders come with tracking information. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. You will also receive an additional email notifying you of delivery.

SHIPPING RATES

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. On the checkout page you will be shown the cost of shipping. There, you will have a chance to make any changes.

Currently, each carrier has suspended their money-back guarantee on express shipments due to an increase in delays. Please keep this in mind when choosing the express option at checkout as their expected timeframes are not guaranteed. We will continue to ship all orders per our turnaround time. DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is deemed undeliverable due to address issues, and it is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur additional shipping fees.

International

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products.
