We’ve made managing your subscription simple and secure. You don't need to remember a password to log in—our system uses a quick, secure email verification process.

How to Access Your Account

1. Log In: Click the Log In button

2. Verify: Enter your email address. A 6-digit code will be sent directly to your inbox.

3. Manage: Enter the code on our site, and you will be taken to your personalized Subscription Portal.

What You Can Do in Your Portal

Once you are logged in, you have total control over your orders. You can:

  • Skip an Order: Going out of town? Need to hold off on your shipment? Just click "Skip" on your upcoming order.
  • Change Frequency: Need your products faster or slower? Adjust your delivery schedule anytime.
  • Update Payment & Shipping: Easily update your credit card information or change your shipping address.
  • Swap Products: Want to try a different THRiYV or BaccOff flavor? Swap out your current subscription item for another one in seconds.
  • Pause or Cancel: While we’ll miss you, you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time directly through your portal—no need to call or email us.
